Shawn Kalyn is our speaker and will present that: The Portland Cement C 150/M85 Change that states that low  alkali cement is now no longer an option for ASR mitigation.  This is a change from the .60% total alkali's in the cement as an option when aggregates that are susceptible to ASR are in the concrete mixure.  Shawn will explain the reasoning behind the change.  As well as what test and materials can be added to the concrete mix design to mitigate for ASR possibilities.
